On a first booking, there is no charge for collecting the keys from you since this takes place during the free initial meeting.

However, on a second or subsequent booking, if you are unable to get the keys to us, we can collect the keys but this visit is chargeable at our normal visit rate.

Many of our regular clients prefer us to retain a set of house keys. You may wish to consider this option when you have used our service and know us a little better. So whenever you decide to travel, you only need to make one telephone call to us, confirming the dates of your absence.

All keys are locked away securely and will only ever bear a reference and never an address – so your security is absolutely assured.
